Liberty Farms duck and shitake dumplings with soy beurre blanc and citrus ponzu glaze.

Tangerine Wheat

Mango, avocado and jicama salad tossed with pickled onions, pancetta, cotija cheese and jalapeno-tangerine vinaigrette.

Indica IPA

Bacon wrapped gulf prawns with chipotle honey glaze and sweet potato puree.

Downtown Brown

Niman Ranch short ribs slow braised with Downtown Brown, served with Point Reyes Bleu cheese mashers and sautéed winter vegetables.

Winterbraun

Pumpkin bread pudding with crystallized ginger and hot buttered rum sauce.
