Bacon wrapped gulf prawns with chipotle honey glaze and sweet potato puree.
Downtown Brown
Niman Ranch short ribs slow braised with Downtown Brown, served with Point Reyes Bleu cheese mashers and sautéed winter vegetables.

Pumpkin bread pudding with crystallized ginger and hot buttered rum sauce.
